(Ideology Vs. Reality)
When reality begins to take precedence over ideology, and common sense kicks in, it becomes quite obvious that Government along with both Mainstream and Corporate media IE. the Press have become a Cult of a Socialist Dictatorship.
They have been using ‘brainwashing’ and ‘mind control’ guided by Propaganda to convince the population that Business, Industry, Corporations and Bureaucracy, are somehow above the Law, and cannot be
held accountable for violating “Your Constitutional Rights”.
They have brainwashed the population into believing that they
can get away with imposing “Policies” that allow them to infringe upon those rights.
Government agencies IE. the bureaucracy have taken part in programming the population to enforce their official views of “correct” beliefs and behaviors.
It has often involved “vigorous, even violent, efforts to dissuade people from participating in groups deemed unacceptable to the government” and they have “been given legal sanction by the passage of laws” that make the activities or even the beliefs of the unpopular movement or group being targeted illegal.
In the United States, from the mid-1970s and throughout the 1980s mind control was a widely accepted theory in public opinion, and the vast majority of Newspapers and Magazines along with Hollywood account for most of the propaganda regarding who has the authority to violate the rights of the people
as a hole or the individual.
Nothing could be further from the truth, the United States Constitution was put in place to remind the government that they have “NO” authority to infringe upon the rights of the people or the individual.
It also provides restrictions upon the government’s ability to control business although limited, business is referenced in the constitution as a reminder to government that they Have “NO” authority to infringe or abridge the rights of a business, as a business is owned by an individual or a group of individuals who have all of their rights afforded to them.
As an individual’s we also are limited and prevented just like the government from infringing upon the rights of another individual or group of individuals.
And just to give an example of our limited authority to infringe on someone else’s rights;
If I take someone’s life without justification I have infringed upon their right to life, and I would be required by society and our judicial system to provide justification for my infringement upon another.
The only justification for such an action would be self defense or in the defense of another’s life.
Failure to provide justification for my infringement would result in the loss or removal of my rights to liberty by imprisonment.
Justification is defined as a necessary measure to keep and maintain one’s rights, while staying within boundaries of The Rule Of Law.
The Rule Of Law is defined as Equality in the Eyes of Justice.
It’s why Lady Justice is displayed wearing a blind fold.
There is nothing in the constitution that allows Government, Business, or the Individual, or even a group of Individuals the authority to infringe upon the rights of the people as a whole, or to infringe upon the rights of an individual without Justification.
So if the constitution prevents the government, and the individual from infringing upon the rights of another?
What makes you think that a business or a business owner has that authority?
What makes you think a bureaucracy has that authority?
The answer;
Brainwashing and Mind Control guided by Propaganda, if your rights have been infringed upon its time to fight back, get a lawyer and sue their asses into the dirt.
If it’s coming from the bureaucracy, file a lawsuit and vote there sorry dictatorial asses out of office.
But above all else observe the rights of others.
