Life gets tedious don’t it?
It’s two steps forward And three steps back. As the economic depression seems to be setting in, the cost of living and the prices of products continue to rise, and the availability of the products are becoming scarce. But the wages continue to remain the same. The employer’s attempts at bait and switch have failed, and the great resignation continues.
The Problem?
“The Company will promise higher wages and better working conditions” and then they explain at the end of the interview that they are offering the higher wages but only to qualified individuals, and you don’t have the necessary qualifications, so they’re only going to be able to pay you the same wages you were originally working for. This is assuming that they have informed you at all, about the wage difference before you receive your first check. And if you do have the certifications, they use the following tactic
to avoid paying the offered wage. “Well you didn’t get your Certifications with our company so you’ll need to re-obtain them
and until that happens we can only offer a lower wage.”
And those better working conditions with more time off to be with your family. Well the working conditions will improve, as the company returns to a fully staffed company. This is always the explanation given, with the hope that there will eventually be an end to the overworked and underpaid working conditions. They fail to inform you that they will never be fully staffed – And that they have no
intentions of becoming fully staffed. “The only way they can obtain continued bank loans is to show growth. So they are always hiring even when there are no actual openings. The company will always be short handed, and they will always expect you to do
more work for the same pay. “But only until the company is fully staffed ”
And that more time off to be with your family, here’s how that game is played.They are only going to give you a part time job, two or three days a week. And some of them “restraints” want you for two hours during the morning rush, for two hours for the noon rush, and for two hours for the evening rush. Everything in between your schedule is the additional time off to be with your family, and it’s the same as it has always been “unpaid!” The hours offered are always just short of qualifying for their insurance plan,
thirty two hours or less.
The people are fully aware that the government, its bureaucracy and businesses are the chief cause of the economic depression that were heading into. The people are smart enough, to not sell their soul to the devil, and they know when they’re being thrown under the bus. WE THE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN THROWN UNDER THE BUS, AND WE’RE PISSED ABOUT IT. Businesses have forgotten they need us more than we need them And the chaos continues.
This is one of the few times global Cancel Culture is being used against business you see if you don’t work for them they can’t force you to do anything, vaccines, mask etc.
